ONGOODFORM ran away with his maiden on 17th September under Neil Callan to follow up his good third at Kempton previously. Canadian owner Jim Kinnear was not in the country, but was thrilled with his horse's performance.

HORSES RUNNING WELL, BUT NOT QUITE HITTING THE TARGET!

We had a frustrating week last week with our three runners getting placed. FAZBEE, who has struggled with the handicapper all season, runs her best race to be second at Epsom. Tony Burlton, husband of desperately missed Dot, was very cheered at her performance and we hope to go one better very soon. ONGOODFORM ran a great race at Kempton to finish third in a very hot maiden for Canadian owner Jim Kinnear. ONGOODFORM, who suffered from sore shins following his promising debut at Newmarket in July, may run again this week. LADY PATTERN was then third at Wolverhampton in the hottest two year old claimer this year! She is rated 80 and has really struggled in Nurseries since winning her maiden at Newbury. As ever, the handicapper is the biggest problem!

We are eagerly awaiting the debuts of two nice two year olds ICE DIVA and NELSON'S BOUNTY. They are two strapping sorts who should give a good account of themselves on the track.
