KYLAYNE bids for glory in the Group 3 Nell Gwyn Stakes at Newmarket's Craven meeting on Wednesday 16th.

Jan and Colin Harris are looking forward to an exciting week, which started with the birth of a cracking filly foal to BLACK SEA PEARL. The filly, by our Group 1 Irish 2000 Guineas winner INDIAN HAVEN, was born at Robin Sharp's new stud at Fox Farm, Hundon and is a very nice foal indeed. TI ADORA will foal to VAL ROYAL next month.

KYLAYNE is in top form for her seasonal debut. She has got her summer coat and is well forward. She won first time out as a two year old last year in April. John Egan has been to ride her work and her preparation has gone according to plan. Jan and Colin's SIR DUKE makes his seasonal debut on Sunday at Great Leighs, at the inaugural meeting of the long-awaited new course. He is in great form. BOSUN BREESE has been entered for Thirsk on Saturday and is flying on the gallops.

On a sadder note, BUGSY'S BOY has left the yard to be trained by the owner's son-in-law George Baker. We wish him well.
